Why would you protest families being ripped apart by saying someone else's family should be ripped apart. Barron did nothing wrong.
It's meant to point out the utter hypocrisy and privilege that these Republican decision-makers are exercising while inflicting what the UN describes as child abuse.
It's entirely valid to point out how none of the shills for fascism would allow their own child to be taken away and caged, but it's really fucking stupid to construct any phrase suggesting the President's adolescent-age son should be kidnapped and confined with pedophiles, especially if you then take that phrase and post it to Twitter.
That's definitely not how it looked at all, this feels more like how people reinterpret stuff Trump says until it doesn't look bad.
