I've honestly been playing him a lot lately with the following runes.

It seems to be super strong. So far I have a 63% win rate with him using this build. The ganks are pretty much unstoppable as you come into lane with like 650 MS and toss a snowball. It's not super high damage(I've had games where i'm top damage but most of the time I'm 4th) but the utility and the ganks are just super strong and put your team ahead.
What are your thoughts?
