When they can do all of this in a year it makes me wonder more and more what the hell was going on during production of their previous Album.
I really think the whole theme they were going for and the producer they chose is what killed the last album. A lot of the songs sound waaay better live than they do on the album, even infamous ones like Sex Murder Party.
They're using the label and producers except for 1 dude. And they also self produced. I think Humanz was meant more as a collab for different artist's visions as opposed to their own work. But I loved Humanz anyway.
That one dude that isn't helping with the new record (Twilite Tone) is potentially what lead to some of the issues on the last album, I still really like Humanz but I understand why people were so disappointed with it.
Dunno how I feel about this one. IMO the live version seemed a bit better a lot of the time although the studio version does have a lot of stellar spots.
suddenly Snoop Dogg
Fucking hell if only I knew. I just herd the studio version of Tranz and it's infinitely and definitively worse than the live version. It seems to be a theme on this album for every other track.
Something about the lyrical composition bothers me... it feels off. I like the groove of the track though.
Oh no Tranz's live version was fantastic
Yeah i've been keeping my eyes peeled for the leaks that occasionally spring up on yt before getting wacked down and all of them have been the same deal so far. I mean the track isn't as bad as it could be but it's certainly not even remotely as good as the live one was.
