Why is the bp wipes every 2 month on officials. THATS CANCER

yeah id be more likely to play on officials again i sometimes can't keep up because of my work schedule so i try to play around when that stuff wipes
Same here, when holidays stirke, its always fucking not bp wiping, every single time. Every 2 month wipe only profits to 100% no-lifes who do not work or do anything of their days, but as 75% of Rust comunauty isn't like that it only profits to a minority, so why ???????????????????????
Well I know it isn't the response you are looking for, but there are lots of servers that wipe weekly.
I get the feeling that the 2 month schedule was to lessen the amount of issues that they had to deal with which always occur after a wipe and use the time to work on the larger picture. I remember a time when it was taking half the month to get things fixed only to start again with new issues 2 weeks later.
There will always be the issue of casual vs daily players. If you aren't in it for the PVP then you could always run your own server or just jump on a PVE server.
Myself I see it as a game that I will never win, the enjoyment is in the survival. I get a lot of joy out of changing servers a week before wipes and surviving the week without being killed. I don't have to have M203 or C4 in my backpack. I am happy to have some fish fillets and a bow and arrow.

It's going to change as stated in the roadmap, but I am rather sad to see that happen since thee first week with crossbows is by the far the most fun. I honestly think that bps wipes should be weekly because it just puts emphasis on working with what you have rather than simply having more time than the other players.
