If not, I think it would be nice to make an empty repo on GitHub or something so that people can make formal bug reports (and maybe feature requests?) in a place where they can be easily organized, tagged, and makes it easy to tell which issues were rejected and which wasn't.
Using something like Trello isn't a bad idea either.
