Left for Dead/COD Zombies Style Incapacitated Script

So, I'm looking for a better addon then a revival system addon (which I made a thread about 2 days ago on how to do) because I'd rather like to know, or would like to request that either

Does anyone here know of an Addon/Lua script I can use that forces players if they were to either take a fatal hit, (Health would go under 10) or if they were to die (instead of dying)
They would enter a state mostly like the Left 4 dead down system where they are given 300 health, and it drains all of it down in a matter of a minute of a minute if the user is not revived, (but if the user is revived it sets their health to like 50

What exactly I'm looking for

Downing system like in left for dead based on health and you only get a certain amount of HP back
The ability for the user to crawl very lightly around to anyone with a half life medkit that can revive them by pressing E and using like 50 of the medkits recharge
A system where if you go down 3 times in a row without ever getting back up to 80+ health, you die instead of going down
A simple answer if someone knows of something, has something, can extract the revive system from the nzombies gamemode, or is willing to work on something and post a link for use
Everything runs on a serverside/clientside script so users don't need to download an addon to be revived/revive others (If this isn't possible maybe something for a public addon anyone can use since there is NOTHING like this from what I can see and find)

I meant If You know anything about an addon or lua script that exists please if you could link me it, and or/link me to a person who could either give me it or i could buy it from -_-
