Hi, I want to make the banned players remain on the server if they are not banned forever. How can I do this via ulx?

Many RP servers do this to keep up player counts, allowing banned players to walk around as a "banned" job that can't speak or use weapons.
You need to find an addon for ULX to do this, hire someone or code it yourself.
As a warning, most users in this state seek out to do harm, some are even able to without weapons or
tool-gun.
It requires a lot of effort to try and make them harmless on the server. One of them is net-antispam.
as if anyone who just got banned and still walk around but cant do shit stays on the server
