as long as i am not able to port forward i would like to see if there is any other way to make my friends be able to join my server
There are a lot of programs that can do what you want to achieve. Bear in mind it's been a long time since I have used any of these programs. Hamachi and Tungle comes to mind and I'm sure that there are better or more options in this day and age.
Though I would just learn to port Forward if I were you. Unless you live in a place where you physically can't then have your friends learn it.
