Weirdly, all the radio chatter between the tower and all the various planes and ops people turned out to be more interesting than the naked guy.

Atlanta is one of the busiest airports in the world. Doing something as monumentally stupid this is even more dangerous than meets the eye due to the massive logistical cost of halting the entire airport. Analogous to dead air during super bowl commercials.
