I've been looking for a track forever, from 2002 or earlier, Hip-Hop / House?

Hello, i've been looking for a track for a VERY long time, i've asked on several forums and i havn't gotten a single answer in years.
It's in this bootleg copy of call on me from 2002, at 5:42

The "Move it up!" sample, later on i can hear a "ooooooh!" from the same track, i think?
Please, if you can find it i'll give you all my diamonds, if that matters to you, if it doesn't, my eternal gratitude.
No credited samples other than Steve Winwoods Valerie. Sorry pal
I already know three samples, valerie, blaze's lovelee dae & les rhythmes digitales remix of cassius' feelin for you
Have you tried actually reaching out and contacting the artist?
Yes, i've gotten no response. Considering that he made the track with 1/2 of daft punk, it's not suprising.
It's "pump it up, to the boiler"; it's a hard house song from Full Moon or Mad House, but fuck me if i remember the name
Did you figure out the name?? This is closer than i've ever been!
I might be in wrong, but I guess I found the first part of the sample.

I don't think so, it sounds close, but not exactly right
It's the closest call I got for now, but it's not far fetched to think Bangalter and Falcon could sample a few Mr Lee vocals just because they can.
I remember a very detalied video on how they sample different tracks to get the "mr fuglov" sample in "Face To Face", and everyone agreed that it was how they sampled it. I always thought it sounded off, and recently it turned out to be just one sample
Well, yeah. It's hard to track just by one sample.
Also, dunno if it will help, but I tracked down the live set where it was played, but it has no results for sample this small.

Someone else asked for the same sample two years ago there i see
Ok.
Have not found it yet; the label is either Moonshine (not Full Moon, I was thinking of the cheesy direct to video company))or Full Frequency Free Range or MadHouse.
The likely candidate is Moonshine, as they were the primary importer of UK Electro/House/Hard House and Jungle DJ sets after 1991. I can tell you for sure the song that has this has it as a sample or direct cover, very likely of Network (2)'s "pump it up".
Is it a track from an artist on the label, or is it from a DJ Mix/Compilation?
It's a single artist, but virtually every moonshine release had sampling out the ass, whether mix or compilation, and we're talking like a 300 piece discography here.
Well, atleast now i am down to a single label. You've helped me more than anybody else on the entire internet for the past 5 years. Thank You.
