CSS content addon won't show up in the addons menu

Hello! I wanted to play darkRP, so I downloaded the CSS content addon from here. I unzipped the file into garry's mod's addons folder, restarted the game, but the addon wasn't showing up. The textures were still black and purple. I tried with another css content addon, still the same. Help is appreciated, thanks.

We cannot help you with installing pirated game content into your game.
