/drop doesn't work for weapons that are spawned in / picked up

As the title says, /drop doesn't work for M9K weapons that are spawned in, or just any weapon in particular.. no error / any message doesn't show up when i try to drop a weapon, it just doesn't drop the weapon

P.S the message "You cannot drop this weapon" occurs with weapons specified with:

GM.Config.DefaultWeapons = {
    "keys",
    "weapon_physcannon",
    "gmod_tool",
    "pocket",
    "itemstore_pickup",
    "weapon_physgun",
}

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated
