Connection Attemp Failed / Rustafied

Hello!

I have problem with connecting to some servers pool. (e.g. Rustafied)
Previously, the rustafied servers was available, i had no problems with the connection

And now that servers missing in Official/Community tabs
When i wrote in console
connect <ip>
i get error: Connection Attemp Failed :sadness:

My PC:
16gb RAM
1070ti nvidia
i7 kaby lake

ethernet: 25mb/s (1 gb/s channel)

Location: Russia

Some reasons which i found:
Firewall / Antivirus Firewall (Disabled)
Get updates from steam (Currently updated to the last ver)

Please help
