What a legend.
There's so many security concern with the fact that he uses a personal cellphone on an unprotected line and one of the first things to happen is a prank call
we need to figure out how to get trump on the phone so we can whisper in his ear to resign and turn himself in for federal crimes
Eh...rather trick him into boasting about him doing the crimes.
Am I missing something here or is there nothing funny about the prank call itself other than the fact that it's fake and that it being possible at all is mind boggling?
Are these people Trump is referring to when he's "Getting calls all the time tell us what a TREMENDOUS job we're doing on x"?
https://twitter.com/MelsLien/status/1012769839990165504 the transcript in case you didn't want to watch the video. the future of direct action activism is impersonating senators and calling the president
He said baba booey at the end but that's it really
So was his refrigerator running?
Judging by the transcript it actually seemed like a pleasant conversation. I was expecting a Simpsons soundboard or something.
Honestly this is fairly scary, this was just a radio host having a goof but I mean, if he can do it what is to stop a malicious actor from extracting some sensitive information from the POTUS? What's to stop them from putting words in somebodies mouth, impersonating a political agent? How far away is this scenario from someone calling and saying "Mr. President this is Secretary Mattis, there are nukes in the air, you need to hit the button"? Obviously an exaggeration but hopefully I'm making my point.

I guess the agents showed his neighbors their badges.
