Definitely, but that doesn't mean they all have to look the same tactical armor template with different color schemes.
I'd like to take a moment to praise Justice League Action. Its goofiness sometimes goes over the edge, but for the most part it's a light-hearted yet true-to-character fun little series.

You know that feeling when you are watching some trailer and you think all of a sudden "Man, that's so TV-series quality it hurts"?
Well, watching that I had said feeling
I'd like to counter that by pointing out some of the best looking superhero movie costumes are the ones that stick the closest to the original design.
For example, Captain America, Spider-Man, Deadpool, Doctor Strange, Batman.
It just comes down to the materials you work with really. That and keeping the color placement the same, i think. Like the Cap suit isnt just skin tight spandex/scale mail but its still more or less the the comic design with grey stripes on the chest, but the Avengers version of the suit kind of went with cheaper looking materials, messed up the color balance, and for some reason covered his ears up and it ended up looking odd.

Oh yeah the new cartoon is by Lauren Faust who did the superbestfriends shorts after the last DCSHG was a bit bland.
Looks like they're doing more traditional hero/villian things this time. Apparently the last version of this franchise listed Harley and Ivy as more traditional heroes (in lieu of their various recent anti-hero stints tuned for tween media). Nice to see things are back to normal on that front.
I still don't think they will release Original Teen Titans Season 6. I mean, didn't they consistently say "fuck you" to the critics and people who wanted OG TT Season 6? Call it pessimism, but I think this is just another trolling attempt from the fuckheads who made TTG.
I want to be wrong and see Season 6, and this does put a chance on "They're really going to make a Season 6 of the Original series" side. But again, they have trolled the people countless times, and what will they lose if they troll the people who want it again?

It's people upset that a "non gay" (totally gay) actress is playing a gay character, I highly doubt most of the people with that outrage are even fans. The stuff I read about it didn't even allege that they were.
This is basically like people that complained about Iron Fist being played by a white guy, not even fans
