Yeah, I saw that but it only confused me more. Because that means that whatever ad agency is responsible for the ad picked it. I.e. people who should REALLY know better.

"the ad agency should've known better to have an image with a man talking and women listening to him" i understand "mansplaining" is a thing but really? any situation in which women are listening to a man is mansplaining?

maybe everyone is being a sane and stable adult, allowing the man to speak his mind about the subject before interjecting and i'm sure he too would be quiet and listen like an adult if one of the women was speaking.
