Hello. I have Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit system with Dual (2) Intel Xeon X5690 3.47GHZ (Boost 3.7GHz) 6 Core CPU's With a Nvidia Geforce 1080 TI GPU. 24 GB of Ram and a Samsung SSD 860 1TB Drive. I don't fully understand why I am getting the frames I do in game, No matter the server 20-50 FPS with Low or high settings. Weridly enough I don't see a performance difference in different setting besides maybe 5 FPS from Extreme to Potato. If anyone has any advice all responses are welcome. Thanks for your time!
