Prepare for a thread with some pretty goddamn long posts. Decided to go with the mods panel of MO2 instead of the plugins, since mod authors are terrible at naming their plugins.

i think i still have that old ddproductions esp to uncap settlements (from before he decided that you have to construct additional pylons) but i can't remember what i did with it
