Because this is activly going I'll leave this open, but please post in English. This is an English speaking forum, and most of us cannot understand Russian nor does google translate do a good job translating it.
I don't really know where to take this from here because I don't know what that bunch of text logging is supposed to be or what the problem is. Fixing Windows is outside of the scope of this forum, generally.If sfc /scannow doesn't fix it, YsPa, you need to fix your Windows installation. Good luck.
