It's well known that Ben Garrison has become irreparably associated with /pol/'s edits of his comics, it wouldn't surprise me if Paul searched for cultural marxism on google images and pulled the first result, or maybe someone tweeted the image to him to troll him.
Also iirc cultural marxism means the dissolution of cultural identity. Being against it wouldn't really be "i hate different races living together", more like "i'm white/black/hispanic/etc. and proud of it."

I literally (attempted to) read a book from a feminist that opens with the statement that capitalism is a system designed to opress women and that marxist socialism is the only societal structure that is naturally aligned with gender equality. Cultural Marxism is an obscure in-term between Marxist academics from the 70s and doesn't actually mean much of anything other than signifying that you're a fucking nut job who people

controlling America's media and used it to advance a Jewish/Marxist agenda that would result in the destruction of western civilization by censoring or demonizing all of western culture. This was also basically a massive rebranding of an even older conspiracy theory championed by the Nazi party.

Marxist Feminists exist but they were offshoots of feminist/marxist writings, whereas Cultural Marxism is a term made to define and critique those ideas. The most simple definition I've seen of Cultural Marxism is as an extension of regular Marxism and the class conflict to include not just class but also things like gender, race, etc, which actually perfectly describes intersectional feminism. And while Intersectionallity is used as a positive word, Cultural Marxism is a pejorative that I've almost never seen used outside of either conspiracy groups or not-so-moderate right-wing circles.
