Show/give option to change what subfourm your posting in

When making a thread there should be a menu with the thread icon selector for you to pick or change what subfourm your gonna post in.
That way if you are making a new thread in the general discussion fourm but wanted it to be in Meta for example then not only can you see your mistake but you can also change is easily

It would be awesome if it is a step-by-step process like Facebook. You finish up your thread, click NEXT, and pick your subforum, before officially posting.

I feel like most times you would make threads in the correct location, this would just be a "just in case" and not have to be changed every time

I honestly think a little added usability wouldn't hurt. You don't create threads too often, and threads in wrong forums create trouble for everyone.
