I wanted to figure this out before me and my friends got possibly banned going into a game. We all want to mess around with stuff and just have a bit of fun trying things out that would mess with normal files in the game. We were going to download things such as aimbots and wallhacks to see who would win in those gamemodes if everyone had it and to see if things happened such as a draw where everyone killed each other at once. Anyways I was just wondering if we would get banned by doing this even though we're in a personal server where we just join one of our friends through steam? We aren't planning on using this on any other server just between ourselves.
Nope, built-in anticheats are disabled in GMod other than VAC, but it rarely catches anything now.
