yes it is, if you want it just do this:
go on your desktop and right click, then go to nvidia/amd parameters
look for V-sync or Vertial synchronisation, once you found it you should have settings like
On
Off
Let application chose
Just put On, this will force Vsync to be turned on everywhere. But keep in mind that it is also for other games, so if you dont want it for other just put it back into " let application choose "
