Hello, my video card works for a maximum of 40% when playing Rust.
The processor does not load even at 60%.
RAM is more than enough.
Video memory is not clogged.
There are micro-lag. 20-80 FPS.
From changing graphics settings, the load is not changed, but micro-lag becomes larger.
The game is installed on SSD.
In other games, everything is fine.
The problem is not in the components.
FPS max does not help. Drivers are all new.
Help!

Are you using the driver version 368.81 - WHQL?
If so then the lag/FPS drops have occurred in some games for a while now. Geforce say its an issue with their driver and are working on the issue....
Seeing though the 36.8.81 was released in 2016, it seems plausible.
As a hail Mary you could make sure you are using more than 1 core/2 threads.
1. Go to Steam library
2. Right-click the game
3. Click on properties
4. Under the tab General, go to 「Set Launch Options」
Then type in -cpuCount=6 -exThreads=12 -high
Eh what do I really know, I might as well be doing brain surgery in the dark …...
