When i touch my mouse it feels like the sens is at 10, and it annoys me when i play with it on 3.5 and it also "glides" when i stop moving the mouse, so its basicly unplayable...
Hope someone have a soloution!
Don't know what clip you refer to, but have you tried, REDUCING your sensetivity?
Also that latter issue sounds like a touchpad thing.
I dont have a laptop i have a desktop PC. The clip i refered to wasnt uploaded yet... So that why
Edit settings, use raw input.

There were no updates to the game last month, or this one
No clue what it was then. It was all of a sudden, the day before it didn't do that sensitivity thing and I'm quiet sure that I edited the settings already and they were set to default somehow.
