Very basically it's a bottle where you if you were to walk on it you'd be able to go in and out of it without crossing any edges

A surface shaped like a bottle with only 1 side and the inside being its outside. An extra dimension is required for a real Klein bottle, the thumbnail in the video is the closest representation of what it is with our limitations.

As Inaba said if you move a finger along the surface you would eventually end up covering the surface from both directions. It is easier to imagine if you do the same with a Mobius string.
