I just got back into rust and It is so un playable and I have no idea what to do. The constant Mini freezes that last 1-10 seconds, also It stutters a lot. I don't understand how to fix it. I've changed setting but I have the glitch where settings don't save, so..... I'm at a loss, This game used to be great and smooth, now for me its a laggy shitty un playable mess HELP!!!

im having the same issues where in monuments im getting lows of 45fps doesnt matter what setting i have even when when on potato mode to beautiful i always get the same FPS
ryzen 7 1700x 3.9ghz
16 gb @2666 ram
GTX 1070
