Samsung C32HG70 will not detect firmware upgrade file

I for the life of me cannot figure out how the hell this stupid firmware thing works. I followed direction as advise and no matter what I do it doesn't see the files.

Is your USB formatted as FAT32? Does your monitor happen to have the newest update already?

A cursory google led me to this reddit post if you haven't seen it already.

It is FAT32 I did buy it this year and the last update is last year. I didn't think it'd be updated already. Thanks
