A man and woman found unconscious in Wiltshire were poisoned by Novichok, the same nerve agent as ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal, police say.
The couple, believed to be Charlie Rowley and Dawn Sturgess, are in a critical condition having been found unconscious at a house on Saturday.
Police say no one else has presented with the same symptoms.
There was "nothing in their background" to suggest the pair were targeted, the Met Police said.
So much bad fish going around, Geez
Russia have a loose end
I hope the UK gov shows it won't be pushed around by Putin
I wonder if they have any idea why Russian assassins would target them...
This is like some spy movies shit.
This does stink of a loose end; they've been exposed to some agent that was left behind or a sample that was ditched after the targeted attack. This is the consequence of chemical warfare. Collateral damage is guaranteed.
this is about a 15 minute drive from the last attack btw
the news said they just moved into a new house.
my current (wholly uneducated/uninformed) guess would be their new house (9 miles from where the previous attacks happened) was a staging area for the planned assassinations.
Once again I go on Facebook and see the reactions to this story, and once again I'm speechless at the responses some people have to this.
that's what i'm hoping is the case. the case is already covered in enough shit as it is, but should russia have willfully targetted civilians by intention, then this case is just gonna get plopped in a tub of cow shite
i say that as if russia is ever gonna face a consequence for their actions, but most likely they'll get away scot free once again
Salisbury and Amesbury are right near Stonehenge; I grew up minutes away from all of them. I had to Whatsapp some friends this morning after hearing the news to make sure they were okay.
So weird seeing the towns I used to go shopping in on the news so much. I really hope nothing else happens.
Reminds me in 2001 a bit elton johns cum was found on a door of a supermarket 10 people hospitalised and a huge quarantine
Where can I get some

Wow, who would've thought that they would say something like this about one of their most cited news sites? I do believe that this Twitter account kept using The Sun as their source to prove that the whole Skripal poisoning was a false flag orchestrated by the UK.
This may have been the case, but I do wonder what really happened. When the story first surfaced, the police statement was that they were open to all possibilities but that at the time it seemed they overdosed on drugs... a few hours later, we found out that they only overdosed on some bad fish.
why the fuck is the russian embassy even getting their noses wet in social media, are they fucking stupid, is this their first time in publicity and handling of accusations or
This seems to have become pretty common, actually. Israel's embassies have made some pretty wild shitposts as well.
i want off this ride
yeea riiight it was novichok
Porton Down being leaky again
And why wouldn't they? You only have to visit /pol/ or the_donald to see people eat this shit up

I mean, yeah, sure why not...
UK: "Hey, Russia, we believe you've played a huge part in this, we demand some answers!"
RUS: "Oh hi, UK, why don't we launch a joint investigation - you could share your findings and evidence with us."

Like, seriously, if they came to the conclusion that it came from Russia, I can't see the government admitting it. And to be honest, I couldn't imagine any government, not just the Russian one, admitting such a thing.
I did think it was really suspicious how, after I attempted to murder four people, the police utterly refused to hold a joint investigation with me to discover the truth
Not good news:

The Russian Embassy is really terrible at not sounding suspicious.
