Trying to make Elder Scrolls Online models... Need a bit of help...

As the title says I have no clue what I am doing, I THINK I have the right tools for it. I have the EsoExtractData tool but am not sure if that is all I need.
If anyone could help if they have done this before please.... PLEASE help.
