Big stuttering issues after update 5-7-2018

Hello, rust community

i wanted to share what happened to me after the last update ^^ and maybe anyone that could help me out.

so normally when i played rust i had around 70% memory usage and 60% cpu usage

so now my question is is there anything i could possibly do about it?.

specs btw:

Gtx 1050 ti

i5 6400

8b ram ddr4

[Shadowfoxx6]

i mean you only have 8gb of ram that could be the issue
