We Can't Build in the cave

I can't build in my cave with 3 rooms i just can build the foundation but i can't build walls or door frames

this problem in ([EU] Facepunch 3)

Looks like you're too close to Airfield, no build zone near radtowns.

Cant get raided if you hav'nt got anything to raid
