Don't Have A general Tab for my building Tab in spawnmenu

Hey guys! So 2 days ago, I deleted my spawn menu and reinstalled it because I was missing some of the props and had added some other things that I didn't want. So when I reinstalled my game and went into gmod, I saw that I didn't have a general tab. The building menu was divided. I have everything else in the builder tab EXCEPT the General tab. I verified the integrity of my game and nothing. If I try to verify the game, it says 26 files not checked. Any help???\

Try opening the Basic/Plastic spawnlist.

Its not that Its that I want it how it was. I had a building tab that Had the white blocks and the other black thing. that's how im used to seeing it but now I dont have that category. Trying to find a way to get a general tab back.
