6 and a half months in: Have you fulfilled any of your new years resolutions?

I'm curious to know if anyone has achieved what they wanted so far this year. Its halfway through the year and I have traveled places I didnt think I ever would, I beat my high score in bowling 3 times in a week, I've been creating more art and I'm still eating the way I chose to {a year vegan}.
I still have things I want to achieve and do and I know most people hate using a new year as a means to actually do what they want.
Its a great to have a starting point though.
I wasn't planning on getting a girlfriend
I achieved my plan on not getting a girlfriend
I've stuck to all of my resolutions because I didn't make any. I probably should though tbh.
I fully support quitting toxic retail jobs.
Steadily going to gym 2-3 times a week, asked two girls out (didn't work out after two months with the first, things are developing with the second), so yeah I guess
Lost 15 pounds out of my 20 pound goal, so I'm pretty happy about that.
its never too late to start setting goals for yourself my dude
I was at mine for 3 years as well and honestly, the mixture of management and crazy rude customers who were entitled af wasnt worth the low pay and hours.
I am so much happier. I want to go into resturant again for maybe 4 months just because I enjoy dressing up pretty and I havent in a very long time. You also meet a lot of interesting people and celebrities too but as soon as I start being abused or stressed, im quitting.
I don't know if either was really my "New Year's Resolution" but I've exercised a lot more this year than ever before and started school full time again to finish my and those were my big goals.
Started smoking
Please quit immediately
Planned on having a full-time job and an Alfa Romeo by now.
Still part-time, and still no Alfa Romeo
I'm losing weight but I never played the games my friends got me.
My goals were:
1. Publish an Android game
2. Get a job I can work without interfering with school.
3. Start exercising again before the fall semester.
Results:
1. Done
2. Still trying, just applied to two places the other day.
3. Started doing daily workouts a week ago. While a week isnt enough for any immediate visual results, i've felt a lot better in general.
I didn't really have a new years resolution but I feel somewhere at the back of my head I wanted my first full time job in the software engineering industry.
I did that last week so that's pretty good
I've slightly exercised more than last year.
As in more than none.
i didn't have any but i've been productive this year so i'd say yeah sure
thats my boy, on the flip side i quit smoking. you'll be smoking for 2 now bud
no
New years resolution was to not be dead.
I'm doing pretty well so far.
My two new years resolutions were to start learning a new language and programming. While I haven't completely given up on either It's really hard to find motivation to do something you're terrible at.
I got a job so I succeeded in one resolution but my other one was to stop drinking for a month and I couldn't do that.
Get a job, learn to drive, and do sports.
Got all of those.
I've cut back on soda/sugary drinks by a butt load. Now I just have to work toward exercising some and reduce belly fat.
I think I'm at negative one resolution completed.
Mine was to get a job but full time college says NO.
its sort of like an ultimatum you give yourself. except you only end up with disappointment if you don't meet your goals.
it's not easy to say "starting right now i'm going to work towards these goals to better myself", with a new year you can say "well last year was shit, but its a new year".
if you can start on your goals immediately, thats great, but a lot of people only meet their personal goals because of new years resolutions (as dumb as that might sound).
I stated this in the OP.. That I understand ppl hate the idea of making new years a starting point. I was just wondering in general if anyones accomplished anything this year
Stopped working nights, daytime pay sucks but life is so much better now.
I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress on learning Japanese, my vocabulary is approaching 1000 words but it’s still pretty tough. Probably gonna be a two year resolution for complete literacy.
