Hello there!
I have a problem on my server. There are some addons which I installed that have guns, and for some reason, half of the guns have a black box around the muzzle flash when they shoot.
This is really annoying and I was wondering if there was any was I could fix it.
*I do have CSS (and it's not pirated)

What graphics card/CPU do you have?
I’m not sure why this matters, but I have a GTX 970.
it matters because the GPU is what renders every picture that you see.
You might want to reinstall the addon. Gmod just loves to do wrong texture/show the missing texture
