Starting New Clan for Rustralasia/Upsurge/Rusatfied

Alright Ladies and Gents, I'm starting a new clan called Shisha For The Boys for example "[SFTB] PlayerName". If you don't know what Shisha is then you should try it sometime.

Looking for players with 300 hours+ exceptions can be made if you are a wog and if you eat a lot of kebabs. The idea is to play on Rustralasia and Rustafied but we can play Upsurge to relax a little. We could even main Upsurge. Not looking for try hard Rust players, just people I can have fun with and make good progress with. Currently have three habibs in the clan glad to have anyone else.

Requirements:
300+ plus hours (exceptions can be made based on skill
Wipe Availibilty (I don't care much about this because I understand high school struggles but it would be nice to hop on for the weekends) .
If you are in year seven or under 13 and try to join this clan I will head butt you.
No smart asses and know it alls.
Looking for clan members with initiative.
No excessive background noise, if you do have background noise, that's okay as long as you use push to talk.
I dont mind if you rage because I will be doing that shit a lot ;).
I HATE DISORGANISED BOXES so make sure you put shit in the right box.
