Can someone tell me if I can run rust with these specs and how?

Cpu Intel coffee lake I3-8100 quad core 3.6 Ghz
Graphics Gtx 1060
8Gb memory (might upgrade to 16gb in the near future)
It would be good if anyone experienced with rust specs could tell me how well this will run the game and with what settings.

Just run it in Potato. Once you gave your 16GB ram you should be able to play it ok. Just make sure you don't try to pvp on high ping.
