This whole problem could also be a side effect of their dumb porn laws. Porn is illegal in Korea, so breaking the law could give the creators a kind of "kick" from doing that, just like drugs being illegal leading some people to do drugs. The fact that porn is illegal over there is ridiculous enough and quite backwards.

Yeah, the article only ever mentions stuff like up skirting, and frequently mentions public spaces, so I don't know if Koreans regularly fuck in the streets, but I have an inkling the journalist just used "sex cameras" as a shorter term and a catch-all.

Its not at all enforced and with most pornsites switching to https, its now more than easier to find porn. Even before that, there was no punishment at all for looking or having porn, all you would get is a warning sign that did nothing if you went to a pornsite.
Also, crazy feminist group is small and loud, just like any crazy group in the world so just ignore and touch ur willy.

I am so dumbed. It is 2018 outside. And we still have problems with any sexual issues. What's wrong people???
There are a lot of people dying because of wars, conflicts caused by so stupid reasons.
