you will want 16 Gb RAM, 8gb minimum, but I really recommend 16.
Better graphics card for sure... and no clue about ur processor but I run i7-4400 (4th gen), urs might be too old.
There is a huge difference between running rust "good" and enjoying the PVP, and running a shitty/choppy Rust and getting wrecked because you cant rended an enemy player further then 10m away...
