And they're able to reach a cooling capacity of 100W/m^2 which is some genuinely practical numbers. Paper abstract can be found here. Only thing that makes it somewhat hard is that it requires Hafnium, but that's actually more common in Earth's crust than Gold by two orders of magnitude.
