Other then storing data in the clients /DATA folder or under a clientside sqllite db like 'cl.db'. Where else can you store data on the client? Notice the part where I say 'On the client'. I already know you can store data on other databases.

Nowhere, and I don't see why you'd need anything else.
I was looking into it for personal curiosity, I appreciate your answer and I have also come to that conclusion since the original posting of this question.
