CreateSound-Objects are getting removed when out of Sync range to another player

My SoundObjects (mp3, wav works for some reason) are getting removed, only clientside, when too far away to another player, of course when the sound object is bound to a player object.
It works with wav files just fine, but as soon as I began to use mp3 files, the sound object gets removed clientsidely and can't be properly restored.
I don't know if I understood the issue correctly but maybe AddOriginToPVS could help.
You didn't understand the issue.
The CSoundObjects get removed clientside, if the player the Sound is bound to is too far away from the player hearing the sound.
