Issues with Military Tunnels Entrance (Facepunch Please Help)

I own a small pop server and the entrance for military tunnels is blocked and I can't enter it. However scientists are able to walk straight through this barrier. At the beginning of the month I attempted to sort out this issue by choosing other map seeds. I went through 4 different maps until this one let me in but now it too has blocked the entrance.

Is anyone else getting this and secondly does anyone know what is causing this?

I could not enter those as well...thought it was supposed to be by design...

Its letting others in and some not. I had one of the players on my server test it and he could enter both fine doorways as shown fine. I'm thinking it a memory issue
