Facepunch i need urgent help staff arnt listening that my bro got me banned

Facepunch please listen to me. My 14 year old brother hopped onto my computer and installed hacks onto my computer! I saw a yellow box saying ACCOUNT ALERT I checked it and it said you have been VAC banned.
Before that like 10 mins earlier I was playing on the battle royale rust server and it was normal no signs of hacks and then ye I saw the yellow box I asked my bro what happened he said he got hacks for me and I was sooooooooooooo pissed he got me banned from rust!!!!!!

Facepunch please believe me I am telling you the truth and I need you to unban me please!!!!
