Latley, so much people are making bad titles "help me", "problem, fix pls" etc...why. Even the rules say dont do that.
To your problem, the error literally tells you the problem in every exact detail. gameinfo.txt doesnt exist in subdirectory "garrysmod"
reinstall gmod, or let steam verify the files so it might detect the missing file and redownloads it. Whats so hard about that?
