Bad Russian translation of TTT.

The current Russian translation of Trouble in Terrorist Town is bad, and here is why:
Line 25: «The Traitors lose.» was translated like «The Traitors was defeated.», but by who? By the time?
Line 41: «…so you deal full damage this round!» was translated like «…so you deal more damage this round». What? This not true!
Line 42: At the end of the string was added this text «Если вы не остановитесь - будете забанены!» (If you do not stop, you will be banned). Where did that come from?
Line 77: Word «can» was written like «CAN». Why?
Line 99: Not correct translation.
Line 100: The second sentence of this string was cut.
Line 107: «Auto-repeat scan» was translated like «Repeat scan».
Line 109: «Your Radar is still charging!» was translated like «Your Radar is still works!».
Lines 129-140: Too large text.

Lines 168-171: Too small buttons. Yes, translation is correct (almost, because I don't know why it's written like «This Written Text»), but buttons are too small. In previous lines (↑) we can cut translation a little bit and everything will be fine.

Line 177: «This person was a Detective.» was translated like «It was a valiant Detective». Why?
Lines 186-196: Were cut on a half and and also lot of ad-libbing. For example, on line 191 was added a smile (-_-) and on line 188 was added «... GENIOUS!».
And there is too many lines with these kind of problems, but here is another two that are very rude:
Line 1035 (1028): «Pyrrhic Victory» was translated like «looser», but in very rude meaning, more closer to «s*cker».
Line 861 (854): «First Bloody Stupid Kill» was translated like «Idiot, bl*at!».

So here is a question: «Can I fix (or literally re-translate) all language file by making a pull request on Garry's mod's GitHub page? Or I can't do this and I need to go some another way?»
