EAC is not installed problem.

Since 3 weeks before last patch that I can't start Rust because the pop-up tells me that EAC is not installed EVEN AFTER EAC ejecute the repair action.
I tried with all solutions. (Check corrupted Archives, Reinstal EAC, Reinstal the game, clear my PC, Check my antivirus, the firewall, etc)

I think I should format my PC. But thats is not ok to get an solution for 1 game and 1 app.
