Its impossible to change the next slow with mousewheel up it will simply use the functionality of the scrolling instead of binding the key.
Quite frustrating, I'm wondering if anyone will see this and communicate with Rust team. I'm used to use scroll for weapon but I can't swap the up for down like I'm used to.
UP. They need to fix this shit.
