I feel that it isn't fair to post this paragraph without posting the follow-up statement that determining if the outcome of the election was actually affected is not the purpose of Mueller's investigation so they aren't trying to answer the question. It doesn't mean it did or didn't happen, it just means that this is not the investigation, or at least not the right stage of the investigation, to make that determination.
No allegations that Americans were knowingly in contact with Russians in the Guccifer 2.0 episode, but Roger Stone sure contacted them for access to leaked docs. An unnamed Congressional candidate also contacted them. I think it should be obvious that these people knew they were doing bad things, but the allegations haven't yet claimed that they knew they were getting into bad things directly with Russian intelligence.
Context is very important.
Y'see, that's what Trump meant! He was trying to crack a joke, but nobody understood him.
It's just their patronyms, no weird coincidencs.
Yeah for reference this is like if a bunch of unrelated people with "-son" names got indicted. Patronymic naming is alive and well in a lot of European block countries whereas it's pretty irregular in the anglosphere.
