Out of Memory Crash

Hey Guys!

So I wanted to get back into GMOD but forgot the reason I stopped playing. I have played on this PC in the past and it used to be able to run just fine. Like many other it looks like on this forum I seem to be having a common error.

Ryzen 5 1500x
8 GB DDR4 - 3000 Mhz RAM
GTX 1060 3GB Dual

What I have done-
I have uninstalled and unsubcribed from all of my addons.
Messed around with launch options with these arguments - -chromium -windowed -fullscreen -noborder -dxlevel 95 -heapsize 8388608 
Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it.
Lowering graphical settings

You're out of memory, there's nothing else to do except by removing few games
